Only premium cotton fibre is used in the FireZer0 WIN Series. The cotton fibre is carefully blended to maintain consistency for the yarn spinning stage. The WIN fabric series is woven on state of are looms that eliminate major fabric defects.
WIN series offers superior colour fastness and durability by using premium dye stuffs that are safe to use in industrial laundry applications.
The FR treatment is robust and FIreZerO uses European internationally approved FR treatment, low formaldehyde, technology to provide life long FR treatment – the proprietary FR treatment will not wash out.
To control shrinkage of the100% cotton WIN fabric series, special pre shrinkage process is applied at the fabric finishing stage.
The WIN+ also can provide anti-static features, as well as moisture and soil release, if required.

The 90% cotton / 10% nylon blend provides the maximum comfort with long staple cotton. The high tenacity nylon provides extra tensile strength. The nylon acts as a heat sink to increase the APTV value. It is available in 6 oz, 7 oz, and 9 oz weights. FireZer0 inserts the nylon in the weft and warp of our fabric for added performance.

The FireZero MAX is the latest development from FireZero, to complement our full lineup of low shrinkage, premium FR fabrics. All of our fabrics, like the PRO 90/10, WIN Cotton and TEC Carbon X can be customized to meet all of your customer’s needs, which includes the option to add 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective tape to all of your garments.

All FireZero coveralls are made with 3M™ Scotchlite™ Retroreflective tape. The 3M™ tape is industrial wash specification for added performance. 3M™ is a leader in reflective tape.
FireZero only sews with inherent FR thread. We do not use cotton nylon thread as is common with many FR manufacturers.
FireZero garment sizing is in the plus side to provide the freedom of movement, and allow for any residual shrinkage.
The FireZero standard for sewing is like ‘Armani’. We use only the best sewing equipment and highly skilled operators. The stitches per inch are very tight to create extra seam strength. All seams are strengthened and clean cut.
All labels are woven cotton and will not melt. Most FR makers use mylar labels that are like plastic like and melt when exposed to an open flame.
All stress points are bar tacked. Zippers are all brass with FR tape. Action back provides comfort and freedom of movement.

Competitive Suppliers of FR fabric have shrinkage issues because they “convert” their FR fabric – some buy un-dyed fabric on the open market, and contract the dyeing, FR treatment and finishing. FireZero is “vertical” – we start with the fibre, make our own yarn, weave the fabric, dye, FR process, finish, and compact for extra shrinkage control, providing the best FR textile to our customers.
FireZero is treated with a lifetime proprietary FR treatment. It will outlast the coverall. The FR treatment is ‘permanent’.
FireZero has less than 75 parts per million formaldehyde– Competitors have over 1,000 parts per million formaldehyde. The low formaldehyde removes toxins near the skin and also eliminates the “musty” odour when the FR garment gets wet.

FireZero Extreme and Arctic Extreme Cold Weather Series is made for the harshest inclement weather conditions in the wet and cold outdoors. This line is designed for temperatures below -40 degrees Celsius/Fahrenheit.
